Jens Ringsmose is Professor of International Politics and, since 2021, Rector of the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).
Previously, he was Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences at SDU and held senior leadership positions at the Royal Danish Defence College. He holds an MA in History and a PhD in International Politics from SDU. His research focuses on strategic studies, security and defence policy, NATO, and asymmetric conflicts.
