Pernille Rype Elley

Pernille Rype Elley is Director of DI Biosolutions and the European Biosolutions Coalition, where she leads efforts to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness and accelerate the green transition through biosolutions. She operates at the intersection of business, policy, and innovation, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and investors to advance the framework conditions for the European biosolutions sector.



With extensive experience in strategic leadership, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement, Pernille has built and led high-impact partnerships across sectors and borders. Prior to becoming Director, she served as Head of Secretariat for the European Biosolutions Coalition and before that Innovation Fund Denmark.
