Jens is leading the team for innovation projects at Food & Bio Cluster Denmark and has a background in food science and 30 years of cross-functional experience from large corporations like Novonesis, BASF Health & Nutrition, Danone and SPX plus spin-off, M&A and start-up with small to medium-size enterprises. This includes-expertise in manufacturing, marketing, compliance, R&D, commercialization, and go-to-market with biosolutions globally.
